Role :Technical Manager / Technology Manager

Required Technical Skill Set

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager with expertise in Java, Python, and full-stack development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Angular, React, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and mobile application development using Android and Flutter. This role requires strong technical leadership, team management, solution design, and customer-facing skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day to day management of project team and technical team assignment ensuring effective delivery of projects tasks, deliverables, and milestones within agreed upon timeline, approach, budget and scope

• Act as point of contact for communications dealing with project deliverables, setting the expectation, managing priorities, technologies, human factors and management issues

• Experience in roadmap planning and prioritization, distributing work among engineers, and overseeing execution to meet commitments and deliver with predictability

• Must have designed, implemented and delivered either enterprise class software on cloud
• A solid backing of technology and software development knowledge, that allows you to challenge the team, suggest technical alternatives and recognise excellence

• Become the Single point of contact for the project delivery and act as an advocate between the Delivery, Management and the Customer

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance software solutions across web and mobile platforms.

• Act as a technical Manager in architecture design and development using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Python.

• Good technical experience in Java, open-source technologies, cloud (Azure) etc. with deep understanding of SDLC and Architecture

• Oversee the development of responsive front-end applications using Angular and React.
• Drive mobile application development using Android and Flutter, ensuring seamless user experiences.

• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and develop cloud-native applications.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure high-quality, automated deployments.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Mentor development teams, ensuring best practices in Agile, DevOps, and continuous improvement processes.

• Create detailed technical documentation and software architecture diagrams (e.g., State, Sequence, Activity, and ER diagrams).

• Ensure technical solutions meet security, scalability, and performance requirements.

Role : Java Full Stack Developer

Required Technical Skill Set

Java 8, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular

Must have knowledge of Java 8 Strong experience on Spring Boot Strong experience on Microservices Strong experience on Angular2 and above Knowledge on HTML,CSS,Javascript Hands on experience on API development Good knowledge on Object Oriented design principles Good knowledge on Java standard library Agile Well versed with Agile methodology

Android Developer

Required Technical Skill Set

Working knowledge of the Java programming language and object-oriented design principles.
Working with Android SDK and development platform.
Working knowledge of the Kotlin
Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

Testing Engineer

Required Technical Skill Set

Understand the manual test cases and design/develop automation based on test cases.
Extend and enhance functional, regression, integration, and load/stress automated test suites. Help define software requirements from the perspective of test and quality.
Unit test the automated scripts.
Troubleshoot/Debug and resolve issues in automated scripts.
Work closely with development teams to identify and triage system failures.
Identify use cases within user stories, and write, implement, and execute test cases accordingly.
Monitor and report automated test execution results throughout the software release cycle.

2 to 4 years of experience in UI development with React JS and HTML/CSS
